Meet Wallace MacDuff.
He is not your average Highland cow.
For generations, the MacDuffs have been legends of the Scottish Highlands. They roamed the wind-swept moors, battled freezing rains, and ate thistles for breakfast. They were wild, untamed beasts of the north.
Wally prefers a warm cup of cocoa, a good novel, and a thermostat set firmly to seventy-two degrees. He considers looking this handsome to be a full-time job.
But when a heavy red letter smelling faintly of mothballs arrives from the Council of Aunts, his peaceful routine is shattered. Great Gran is turning 100 years old, and the clan is gathering for a massive Surprise Jubilee!
Unable to resist the call of his ancestors, Wally trades his hand-stitched Italian silk and warm cocoa for the muddy madness of Scotland. He is about to dive headfirst into a chaotic free-for-all of horns, hair, and hay.
Can a pampered city cow survive the legendary Caber Toss? Or will Wally discover that being a true MacDuff just requires a little extra... wiggle room?
